When you became home

He came back to Nepal for a vacation. He never expected to fall in love with the girl who would make him want to stay. Saatvik Dhital has spent years building a life abroad. Successful. Confident. Reserved. To everyone in Kathmandu, his return is nothing more than a long-awaited vacation-a few weeks with his family, old memories, good food, and then a flight back to the life he built overseas. Until he meets Idika Bhatta. Idika is a cheerful pre-primary teacher who finds happiness in tiny things-messy classrooms, children's laughter, evening walks through Kathmandu, and a cup of hot chiya after a tiring day. She has no idea who Saatvik Dhital really is. And she certainly doesn't plan on falling for him. Their first meeting is a disaster. Their second is even worse. But somehow, their paths keep crossing. Between rainy Kathmandu afternoons, momo dates, school functions, Dashain celebrations, Tihar lights, family gatherings, and a trip to the beautiful streets of Pokhara, Saatvik slowly discovers something he never expected- he doesn't want to leave Nepal anymore. But love isn't always enough. His life is abroad. Her dreams are in Nepal. His family has expectations. And Idika refuses to become someone else's reason for giving up her own dreams. When misunderstandings pull them apart and Saatvik is forced to choose between the future he built overseas and the woman who has become his reason to come home, one question remains: Can love convince him to stay? Or will the distance between two worlds become too much for them? Because sometimes... you don't realize you've found home until you're afraid of losing it. Saatvik Dhital × Idika Bhatta A slow-burn Nepali romance about coming home, finding love, choosing yourself, and discovering that home was never a place-it was always a person.
